I develop leaders. Leaders make a difference to our lives every day, whether at work or in the community. Good leadership makes work a better place for people to be, builds strong and supportive organizational cultures and makes change happen. Poor leadership is felt by its absence or by the damage it causes. I work with individuals and organizations, through programs and consulting work, to support leaders in being as good as they possibly can.

I also work with my co-author Simon Carter on Corporate Conversations. We combine our strategy and leadership expertise to help organizations think through and debate new ways to work and compete. We believe that executives have their own answers, but sometimes need support in articulating them in a way that brings alignment for greater success. We work with the tough and robust conversations that break through to real innovation and differentiation.
